Shipping policy

How Your Order Is Made and Shipped

Every item in our shop is made to order through two print-on-demand partners, Printful and Gelato. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be shipped — your order starts production only after you place it, which means slightly longer lead times than a stocked retailer, but a piece made specifically for you.

Production Time

Most items are printed and packed within 2–5 business days before they ship. Specialty items (framed prints, embroidery) can run toward the longer end of that window, and during the October–December holiday season, production may take a few extra days due to higher order volume across both partners' networks.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves production, carrier transit time depends on which partner made it and where it's going:

  • Printful (U.S. domestic): 3–8 business days standard, or 1–3 business days with Express shipping.
  • Printful (international): 5–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Gelato (U.S. domestic): 3–5 business days standard, 2–3 business days expedited, or 1–2 business days overnight.
  • Gelato (international): 2–10 business days, routed from whichever of Gelato's local print facilities is closest to you.

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time combined. If your order includes items from both Printful and Gelato, or multiple items fulfilled at different facilities, your order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as each part of your order ships.

International Orders

We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country on international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs agency on delivery.

Delivery Estimates Aren't Guarantees

Shipping times above are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners' carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, customs delays, and carrier volume (especially around holidays) can extend delivery beyond these windows.
